Nursery Care

At the Church of the Angels, we would like to encourage you to attend worship services with your small child. Your child is welcome with you in Church, and sometimes small children decide to participate in the songs or prayers - at the Church of the Angels, that participation is welcomed!

During the 10:15 AM service, we provide a licensed nursery care attendant for children aged infant to three years old, if your child prefers a quieter environment. You may remain in the Nursery with your child. Children are brought from the Nursery to join the congregation for Communion, approximately two-thirds of the way through the service.

The Nursery is located downstairs, using the small stairway at the bell tower. Please ask for assistance; the stairway is steep and narrow. Our historic church was built over one hundred years ago, and people in 1889 were smaller than we are today.

The Nursery includes chairs, a crib and a playpen, along with age-appropriate toys. Restroom facilities and a telephone are also available in the Nursery.
